PHASE 1: PRE-PRODUCTION – 4 Weeks
Week 1–4

Finalize episode structure, script outlines, and run-of-show docs for all 14 episodes

Secure studio location and confirm block shooting schedule (studio booked in advance for 14 shoot days)

Book confirmed host, guests, director, and production crew

Prepare and design all project visuals (AI artwork, slide decks, branding assets)

Finalize marketing strategy and social media rollout calendar

Draft and issue legal agreements, appearance releases, and NDAs

Conduct studio tech test for lighting, audio, and equipment consistency
Deliverables by End of Week 4:
✔ Production calendar finalized
✔ Guest roster locked
✔ Studio schedule secured for 14-day block shoot
✔ Marketing rollout plan approved
PHASE 2: PRODUCTION – 4 Weeks
Week 5–8
Block Shooting Model (3–4 episodes per week):

Each shoot day includes set dressing, prep, talent arrival, full shoot, and BTS content

4-hour window per episode with a 1-hour buffer (max 2 episodes per shoot day)

Studio used 2–3 days per week across 4 weeks

Behind-the-scenes content captured at each shoot for reels and promo assets

Guest transitions managed to maximize daily turnaround
Deliverables by End of Week 8:
✔ All 14 episodes filmed
✔ All B-roll, BTS, visual assets, and podcast graphics captured
✔ Raw footage delivered to post-production team with edit logs
