PHASE 3: POST-PRODUCTION – 6 Weeks

Week 9–14

Editing & Delivery Schedule:

  • First drafts of 2–3 episodes delivered weekly by Week 12

  • Final versions of all 14 episodes locked and approved by Week 14

  • Post includes sound mixing, color correction, AI-enhanced visuals, lower thirds, intros/outros

  • Closed captioning, transcription, and QA handled episode by episode

  • Short-form assets created from key soundbites for marketing and reels

  • EPs and director included in review cycles via Frame.io or weekly edit syncs
     

Deliverables by End of Week 14:
✔ All 14 final episodes approved and ready for release
✔ Short-form content bank prepped for marketing
✔ Export-ready files for YouTube, Spotify, Apple, and other platforms

PHASE 4: MARKETING & DISTRIBUTION – 7 Weeks

Week 12–18 (Rolling Release)

  • Social media teaser rollout begins in Week 12 (1 week pre-premiere)

  • Premiere of Episode 1 drops in Week 13

  • Weekly episode releases continue through Week 19 (1 episode/week)

  • Paid media campaigns live across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts

  • Weekly influencer collabs, duet reactions, and podcast stitch content

  • Host + guest Q&As, livestreams, and reaction content every 2–3 weeks

  • Press coverage via trades, newsletters, and community drops
     

Deliverables by End of Week 18:
✔ 14-episode rollout complete
✔ Performance and engagement metrics tracked weekly
✔ Investor-facing campaign materials prepared and activated
